Directions

Winnebago County ARES/RACES generally meets at the Coughlin building in Oshkosh, WI. Coming from US 41 you will exit SR 76 and head South. If you pass the EXPRESS gas station, you went the wrong way. Proceed South until you have reached County Rd. Y, then proceed East (should be a left). Keep an eye on the right hand side of the road. After County Park a driveway will appear with a sign that says James P. Coughlin building. Turn into the driveway and look for the antennas.
